Moses Lake man injured Tuesday in collision

A 21-year-old Moses Lake man was injured Tuesday morning on state Route 17 when he lost control of his truck, crossed the center line and struck another vehicle.
Ryan D. Madrishin was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. He was not wearing his seat belt, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The vehicle of Darren K. Amoruso, 51, of Othello, was struck by Madrishin’s truck just before 6:26 a.m., which caused Amoruso to hit another vehicle, driven by Matthew J. Borschowa, 36, of Moses Lake.
Amoruso and Borschowa were not injured and were wearing their seat belts.
The cause was driving too fast for conditions, according to the WSP. Drugs and/or alcohol were not involved.
