Aaron Fullerton, 26, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 6000 block of Elmira Road at 6:01 p.m. on charges of possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.
