How to get a better night’s sleep will be discussed at Lifetree Café on Monday, November 16, at 2 p.m.

The program, titled “Zzzz … Practical Help for Getting a Better Night’s Sleep,” features a filmed interview with Kat Duff, the author of The Secret Life of Sleep.

“Insufficient sleep has been called the number-one killer in the western world,” said Duff. Sleep experts estimate that nearly 75 percent of adults experience sleep-disorder symptoms at least a few nights per week.

Participants will get practical tips for getting a good night’s rest, explore the cost of insufficient sleep, consider benefits of a good night’s sleep, and discover the truth about common myths about sleep.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café meets at Jalapeno’s Mexican Restaurant, 314 N. Second Ave, Sandpoint.

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to stan@followcommunity.org or 208-304-6465.
