MONDAY, SEPT. 28
• Stanley Clark Radford, 57, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Adam Gregory Trogden, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Trogden has since been released.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 29
• Lindsay may Sweat, 35, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.
• Sarai Destinee Umphrey, 26, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.
