Joshawa B. Kellogg, 36, of Sandpoint was cited in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:20 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

An officer responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 477100 block of U.S. 95 at 12:09 p.m.
