Christopher White of Sandpoint was cited on U.S. 95 in Ponderay at 9:32 p.m. on a charge of failure to carry proof of insurance (second offense).

Bridget Burford, 30, of Hope, was cited in the 100 block of Sagle Road at 11:20 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

A case was assigned to cover an attempt to locate an individual in the N. Boyer Road area at 12:28 a.m.

An adult male was taken on a detox hold in the 100 block of N. First Avenue at 9:47 p.m.

Sept. 16

Report of a civil standby on Oak Avenue at 9:12 a.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 478000 block of U.S. 95 in reference to a non-injury traffic accident at 10:24 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Bonner Mall Way at 11:32 a.m.

Trespassing was reported on U.S. 95 at 2:03 p.m.

An officer responded to an alarm in the 477000 block of U.S. 95 at 5:18 p.m.

An officer created an information case for trespassing.

Aria J. Lemley, 28, of Kootenai was arrested in the 200 block of Superior Street at 8:23 p.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
