COLUMBIA FALLS — Kate Hatfield scored a goal on Senior Night and the Columbia Falls Wildkats romped to a 9-0 win over Libby in Northern A girls soccer Tuesday.

Hope McAtee, Maddie Robison and Cheyanne Johnston-Heinz added two goals each for Columbia Falls, and Robison set up three goals as well.

The win improved Columbia Falls to 8-2, 5-2 in league matches, and head coach Thomas Clark singled not only Hatfield but also LaKia Hill -- who had two assists Tuesday - and the injured Ave McDonald.

“All three have been great leaders all year,” Clark said.

Chloey Ramage and Alexis Green also found the net against Libby (1-7-1, 1-6 in league).

COLUMBIA FALLS — Five seniors scored for the Columbia Falls Wildcats on Senior night as they coasted to a 9-0 win over Libby.

Niels Getts was the Wildcats’ leading scorer with three goals and two assists.

Tyler Hull, Jason Albin, Walton Nichols and Johnny Carl, all seniors, each scored.

“So proud of my five seniors,” Wildcats coach O’Brien Byrd said. “They each scored and got to celebrate. It was a wonderful celebration of their four years of dedication to our program.”

The Wildcats are 8-1-1 overall and 5-1-1 in league play.

Libby is 0-9 and 0-7.
