MOSES LAKE — Responding to advice from county, state and federal health officials, Moses Lake city officials are recommending that locals not participate in door-to-door trick-or-treating this Halloween due to the pandemic, Mayor Dave Curnel said at Tuesday’s council meeting.

“There are some downtown businesses that are going to do a drive-by event, but all of the recommendations from the county, state and federal is that we not have door-to-door trick-or-treating this year,” Curnel said.
