No. 27268 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a request from the Montana Personal Warehouse I, LLC to amend the text of the Flathead County Zoning Regulations (FCZR) for the conditional use standards for Mini-Storage, Recreational Vehicle Storage. The proposed amendments are described as follows: Amend Section 4.13.070 FCZR by adding, "unless the enclosed building is engineered to accommodate such storage with a minimum of 2 hours of fire separation between units using Type X fire-rated drywall and metal panels, or similar material." Amend Section 4.13.090 FCZR by adding, "unless the structure is engineered to accommodate such use or storage with a minimum of 2 hours of fire separation between units using Type-X fire-rated drywall and metal panels, or similar materials." The Flathead County Zoning Regulations apply in all County zoning districts created under Section 76-2-205 M.C.A. and are on file for public inspection at the Office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 South Main Kalispell, Montana, the Flathead County Planning and Zoning Office, 40 11th Street West, and online at: http://flathead.mt.gov/planning_zoning/zoning.php. No. 27336 NOTICE OF SALE Department of Natural Resources & Conservation Timber Sale The GNA Salish Good timber sale is located within multiple sections of T34N-R24W, and multiple sections of T33N-R21W on the Flathead National Forest. Approximately 27,364 tons, consisting of mixed conifer sawlogs, are offered for sale. Sealed bids will be opened at the Department of Natural Resources & Conservation, 2705 Spurgin Road, Missoula, Montana on November 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed and will be accepted any time prior to the bid opening. DNRC recommends that bidders contact the Forestry Division (406-542-4300) prior to the bid opening to ensure that your bid has been received. Bids must be accompanied by a deposit of $27,036.00, representing 5% of the minimum bid value of the sale in cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft to be applied to the first sale invoice for the successful bidder. Bid bonds will be accepted and, for the successful bidder, will be closed upon execution of the Timber Sale Contract and Timber Sale Bond. The sale will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.
