Oct. 15

Officers responded to the 1600 block of South Skyline Drive for a report of a car prowling in which a toolbox and various tools were stolen.

Officers responded to the 500 block of South Interlake Road for a report of a suspect that vandalized a Department of Corrections vehicle sometime overnight.

Officers responded to Harbor Freight for a report of a small Chihuahua running around in the parking lot. Police captured the dog and transported them to the animal shelter.

Officers responded to the 700 block of South Pioneer Way for a report of an individual who had a seizure and fell down on the sidewalk. The patient was evaluated by first responders.

Oct. 16

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Marine Drive for a report of a shed broken into overnight, in which several tools were stolen.

Officers responded to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church for a report of a door handle on a shed that appeared to have been removed and evidence that transients had slept in the shed overnight.

Officers responded to the area of Ray Road Northeast and Charles Road Northeast for a report of a used needle found in the area.

Officers responded to the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of residents receiving scam calls from someone claiming to be an undercover Moses Lake police officer.

Officers responded to the area of Road F Northeast and West Fox Street for a report of an unknown suspect who approached children and attempted to lure them into his vehicle.

Officers responded to Sporty’s Steakhouse for a report of a male suspect who threatened a security employee with a pistol after an incident where the suspect’s partner attempted to leave the bar with a drink.

Oct. 19

Officers responded to the 6100 block of South Frontage Road East for a report of multiple propane tanks and batteries stolen off of RVs after an unknown suspect cut a hole in the fence to gain access to a property.

Officers responded to the 200 block of West Third Avenue for a report of an unknown suspect that ripped a doorbell off the back of a local business.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Jefferson Avenue for a report of mail that was taken out of mailboxes and strewn in the roadway.

Officers responded to the 400 block of South Crawford Lane for a report of an unknown suspect that attempted to steal a boat motor.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of East St. Helens Drive for a report of a car prowling, in which an unknown suspect smashed a window and stole a diaper bag.

October 15

Jasmine Elizabeth Hernandez, 25, of Warden, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.

David Leroy Quintanilla, 50, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Matthew Damian Conners, 27, of Soap Lake, was booked on a probation violation stemming from an underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Carlos Eduardo Silva, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree robbery and a probation violation stemming from an underlying charge of third-degree assault.

Jorge Suarez Galvan, 25, of Yakima, was booked on charges of delivery, manufacture or possession of methamphetamine with intent.

Oct. 16

Alycia Kay Sullivan, 31, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of third-degree malicious mischief.

Jose Manuel Rodriguez, 30, of Quincy, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Oct. 17

Daniel Nunez, 51, of Quincy, was booked on charges of violating a no-contact order.
