BCSD moving more schools to category yellow

BONNERS FERRY — According to a press release from Boundary County School District Superintendent Jan Bayer, there are currently 111 students in quarantine across the district because of close contacts and positive cases.
There has been a total of nine staff members testing positive for COVID-19, and 23 staff members have been quarantined; many staff members will be allowed to return on Monday.
Bonners Ferry High School, Valley View Elementary, and Mount Hall will all be in yellow next.
Week; Boundary County Middle School and Naples Elementary will be in green next week.
According to the press release, Individuals are self-isolating, and the school district is working with Panhandle Health District and has completed contact tracing.
