Joshua A. Adams, 26, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 400 block of W. Lake Street at 7:35 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.
Officers responded to a report of possible harassment in the 200 block of E. Central Avenue in Kootenai at 8:11 a.m.
A bicycle was found abandoned in the area of Great Northern Road at 9:02 a.m.
A male juvenile was signed as a runaway on Oak Street at 9 a.m.

Cody J. Williams, 33, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 10:56 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault and charged with malicious injury to property.
