Harassment was reported on S. Third Avenue at 12:27 p.m.

A municipal code violation was reported on Baldy Park Road at 1:24 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of N. Third Avenue and Cedar Street at 1:21 p.m.

Trent K. Williams, 25, of Sandpoint was arrested in the Fifth Avenue area at 2:02 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

PONDERAY POLICE

Aug. 6

Adrian C. Needs, 27, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 4000 block of North Boyer Road at 10:01 a.m. on a charge of stalking in the first degree.

Aug. 7

Christopher A. Lyden, 33, of Liberty Lake, Wash., was cited in the 100 block of Schweitzer Cutoff Road at 12:47 a.m. on charges of possession of paraphernalia with intent to use and driving without privileges
