Coronavirus: New cases reported over weekend

MOSES LAKE - There were 97 cases of the coronavirus reported in Grant County over the weekend, including new cases in nearly every community in central and southern Grant County, according to Grant County Health District.

The total number of cases reported in Grant County since the pandemic began rose to 2,711. State officials reported Sunday that 135 Grant County residents have been hospitalized since the pandemic began, while 17 are currently hospitalized, the health district reported Monday.

The health district also reported Monday that 1,864 Grant County residents have recovered from the coronavirus.

According to the state's data, 18,432 residents of Grant County have been tested as of Monday.
