Devin Weeks is a third-generation North Idaho resident. She holds an associate degree in journalism from North Idaho College and a bachelor's in communication arts from Lewis-Clark State College Coeur d'Alene. Devin embarked on her journalism career at the Coeur d'Alene Press in 2013. She worked weekends for several years, covering a wide variety of events and issues throughout Kootenai County. Devin now mainly covers K-12 education and the city of Post Falls. Readers only have a couple more days to submit questions to be answered in real time by candidates during the Coeur d'Alene Press 2020 Election Town Hall Forums.
The forums will be held on Zoom from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 5 through 8. The most popular three questions will be asked to each candidate. Candidates will not know what the questions are before they are asked during the live event.
"This year is all about educating the electorate," Press publisher Clint Schroeder said. "It’s important people know who they’re voting for."
The deadline to submit questions is 5 p.m. Wednesday.
"This is a big deal," Schroeder said. "This election is a big deal."

Petals of radiant red, popping pink, vivid violet and pleasant peach were seen in the early Friday morning sunlight on the lawn of a home near Fernan Lake.
