Report of a civil standby on Nancy Road at 8:29 a.m.

Report of a vehicle fire in the 12000 block of U.S. 2 near Priest River at 11:17 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 2 near Tank Road in Oldtown at 1:09 p.m.

Report of trespassing on Upper Gold Creek Road at 1:46 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 in Sagle at 3:01 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 100 block Sandy Ridge Road in Priest River at 3:21 p.m.

Report of a theft in the 300 block of Hines Road at 2:44 p.m.

A family offense was reported on Lost in the Woods lane in Athol at 4:34 p.m.

Report of a structure fire on Eureka Road in Sagle at 4:59 p.m.

Kamber Schafroth, 22, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 463000 block of U.S. 95 in Cocolalla at 7:37 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Report of a suspicious circumstances in area of Huckleberry Mountain and Sleepy Cedar roads in Cocolalla at 8:04 p.m.

Report of drugs in the 1400 block of N. Kootenai Road at 9:55 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 100 block of Holiday Loop Road in Blanchard at 1:13 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Sept. 9

An officer was unable to locate a trailer reportedly dumping waste on the roadway in the area of Woodland Drive and N. Boyer Road at 9:25 a.m.

A report of disorderly conduct in the area of Schweitzer Cutoff Road and N. Boyer Avenue was determined to be unfounded at 4:47 p.m.

Report of possible harassment in the 400 block of Sixth Avenue at 4:56 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate two suspicious vehicles reported to be in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 5:12 p.m.

Report of possible harassment in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 7:50 p.m.

After a DUI investigation on First Avenue at 8:51 p.m., the driver was released without charges.

Jonathan W. Lukac, 25, of Kootenai, was arrested in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff and Triangle Drive at 10:21 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, and open container of alcohol.

Brandon J. Buck, 31, of Sagle was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:10 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Kluth Street at 5:25 p.m.
