The Bigfork Inn on Electric Avenue was recently sold to Kelly and Michael Brooks, who are excited to have acquired this iconic and historic building, according to a release issued Tuesday by Glacier Sotheby's International Realty. The couple has already begun the process of refreshing and improving the inn. Immediate upgrades will include restored and upgraded interior finishes, expanded outdoor dining and overdue maintenance and repairs.

The Brooks have a 15-year relationship with Bigfork and cherish the 120-plus year history of this property.

Traditions Restaurant will continue serving exceptional fare with restaurant owner Francois Zanni, a French chef known for creating a fine dining experience in Bigfork. Their unique dishes include wild game, fine seafood, seasonal specials and proven local favorites along with a world-class wine list.

Zanni and the Brooks look forward to continuing the tradition that is the Bigfork Inn and Traditions Restaurant, the release stated.

The recently closed transaction was carried out by the Bigfork office of Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty. Sotheby’s agents Patrick Hanes and Tom Brown represented the buyers and sellers, respectively.
