An outboard hydroplane racer zips away from shore April 17 at Seattle Outboard Association’s Moses Lake Get Ready For Summer Test Session in Cascade Park. The association designated a three-quarter mile, three-lap course for racing tests on the lake. The association’s next event is the Mt. St. Helens Regatta May 1 and 2.
