Othello High School players made a fairly strong statement in their first, and presumably, only season in the Greater Spokane League with numerous All-League selections.

In girls soccer, midfielder Janelly Verduzco was named First Team, while teammate and defender Rubi Mondragon received Second Team honors.

Freshman football coach Caleb Garza was named Freshman Coach of the Year and capped off his second undefeated season at the helm. On the offensive side of the field, linemen Brandon Kudsk and Cris Vasquez received First Team selections. Running back Sonny Asu and receiver Jacob Risenmay were named to the Second Team. Linemen Adrian Deleon and Jacob Jewell received Honorable Mention honors.

On the defensive side, defensive lineman Julian Alegria and linebacker Mario Sanchez were named to the GSL All-League First Team.

Runners Sulibeth Mondragon and Jennifer Guerrero received Second Team selections in cross country for Othello High School. Josephine Gentry, Alexis Monday, Victoriano De La Cruz, Juan Lauriano and Christopher Cuevas received Honorable Mention honors.
