The 43rd annual Bigfork Festival of the Arts will fill the streets of The Village by the Bay Aug. 7 and 8.
The Festival of the Arts is a favorite among artists and visitors alike. Many exhibitors have said it’s their favorite show of the summer.
The well-attended festival fills the village of Bigfork with a fine selection of art and crafts. This year, more than 100 exhibitors will be representing a wide variety of work by nationally and internationally recognized artists and craftsmen.
There will be great live music and entertainment, food trucks and more.
Festival hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. The first hour of each day is reserved for attendees who may be a part of a vulnerable population. Parking is available at the Bigfork School parking lot on Electric Avenue (via Bridge Street) and Bethany Lutheran Church on Montana 35. There will be limited handicap parking at the UPS Store on Grand Avenue; a decal is required. At this time, there will not be any shuttle service.
Chosen by Sunset Magazine as one of the most picturesque towns in the Northwest, Bigfork also features its Summer Playhouse, art galleries, restaurants and unique shops on the shore of beautiful Flathead Lake.
