David Michael Plant, 29, pleaded not guilty to careless driving and driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $610, with $400 suspended.

Justin Pratt, 38, fined $255 for failure to carry proof of insurance.

Micheal Varnel Campbell, 24, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $100.

Brandon Val Simmons, 35, pleaded not guilty to operating a non-commercial vehicle with a THC concentration of 5 ng/ml or greater; fined $1,000, with $400 suspended, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.

Andrew Wade Cline, 42, pleaded not guilty to driving with and alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater; fined $1,000, with $400 suspended, and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended.

Dec. 21

Reuben Theodore Fields, 56, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving; sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300.

Brandon Terry-Lee Parker, 19, pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense and failure to drive to right of roadway except when passing; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended, and fined $1,060, with $400 suspended.

Nicole Isabelle Ahenakew, 20, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license; fined $500, with $250 suspended.

Dec. 22

Gray Lann Cook, 23, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding; fined $570, with $250 suspended.
