BONNERS FERRY — Apex Fitness and Martial Arts celebrated their one year anniversary on Feb. 10 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and members of the Chamber of Commerce present.

The ceremony was short but sweet for the Apex crew. In just one year, Sam and Diana Brown and Jarrod Christman have been able to expand available classes to include cardio kickboxing, fitness, Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, women’s self defense and Zumba, as well as dance classes like ballet and jazz.

Christman said what sets them apart is the “family team atmosphere” and their focus on classes vs. individual workouts. They provide the structure their clients need to achieve their goals. They put a lot of emphasis on martial arts, but bottom line, no matter what your fitness goals are, they can help you get there.

With focus like that, it’s certain they will be celebrating many more anniversaries in the future.

If you would like to sign up for classes or have any questions you can email the Apex team at [email protected] or call 208-946-APEX (2739).
