ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE 2021 CHIP SEAL PROJECT Sealed BIDS for the 2021 Chip Seal Project for the City of Coeur d'Alene will be received at 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, no later than 2:00 P.M., PDT, March 9, 2021, and will be opened in Conference Room 5 at City Hall. Anyone may attend. A bid must be delivered to the City Clerk in the manner required by the Bidding Information. The SCOPE of the project consists of chip seal on selected roadways in Coeur d'Alene as follows: 1/2 inch granite chip seal on Government Way from I-90 to Prairie Ave and on Ramsey Road from Hanley Ave to Prairie Ave. Work also includes traffic control, sweeping, and fog seal.
