SPOKANE — Game time for Gonzaga's home men's basketball game vs. Pepperdine on Thursday has been changed again.

The game is now scheduled for 6 p.m., to be televised on ESPN.

Boise State names defensive, offensive coordinators

BOISE — Spencer Danielson has been named Boise State defensive coordinator and inside linebackers coach, Broncos football coach Andy Avalos announced Tuesday.

Also Tuesday, Tim Plough was named BSU offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Danielson has been on the Broncos’ staff since 2017, including the last two as co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach.

He began his Boise State coaching career as a graduate assistant working with the Broncos’ STUD position, before being promoted to a full-time role overseeing the same position in 2018.

Prior to joining Boise State, Danielson spent the 2013-16 seasons coaching at his alma mater, Azusa Pacific. He coached linebackers for his final three seasons and was the recruiting coordinator in 2016.

Plough comes to Boise State from his alma mater, UC Davis. He was the Aggies’ offensive coordinator from 2017-19, and became the associate head coach after UC Davis made its inaugural Football Championship Subdivision playoff appearance in 2018.

Helped by quarterback Jake Maier and wide receiver Keelan Doss, the Aggies were ranked 22nd in the FCS during the 2019 season with 433.0 yards of total offense per game.

In 2018, UC Davis was third nationally in passing offense (322.8 yards per game), seventh in total offense (488.9 yards per game) and eighth in scoring offense (39.7 points per game).
