Wildcat wrestling rounded out a winning week after securing victories in two double-duals against Polson, Libby/Troy and Ronan, Stevensville/Butte Central.

On Friday the MatCats traveled to Libby to compete against Polson and Libby/Troy, defeating the Pirates, 54-24, and the Loggers/Trojans, 48-27.

Both Justin Windauer (132) and Ty Allen (138) returned from the meet with double pins for the Wildcats.

On Saturday the Wildcats traveled to Stevensville, wrestling against Ronan and Stevensville/Butte Central, defeating Ronan, 48-15, and Stevensvile/Butte Central, 78-9.

The Cats came home with a couple exciting upsets against Ronan, said head coach Jessie Schaeffer, with Cash Byrd (113) defeating Ian Dillard by decision,10-6, and Colton Hogan pinning Ronan’s Caleb Cheff in the first period.

The MatCats brawl next in Conrad at 5 p.m. on Friday.
