Climate alarmists end 2020 with a bit of a laugh

It was encouraging to exit 2020 with a bit of a laugh. Jack DeBaun’s letter (Daily Bee, Dec. 29, 2020) criticizing Monte Heil is a cause for laughter. Jack, as is his custom, criticized Monte for doing the same as Jack has repeatedly done after my letters had been published. Recall letters using scientific studies by Joe Bastardi, Roy Spencer, Roger Root, among others. In each, Jack resorted to ad hominems, ignored the scientific evidence and failed “… to produce …scientifically verifiable evidence … .” Add to that Jack’s favorite word, “discredited” and you understand his usage of “Skeptical Science.”

If you want to learn more, here are several sources and findings worth reading: PJ Media, Dec. 28, 2020, by Tyler Oneil, “Ten Climate Alarmist Prediction Failures;” Natural News, July 2019, in which Finnish scientists reported “Human activity can account for no more than a .01 degree Celsius rise in global temperatures;” CFACT, Oct. 18, 2019, Polar bear numbers are increasing; Dr. Roger Root, Sept. 9, 2019, Glacier National Park glaciers are growing.

The recent presidential election has encouraged the alarmists to drag out their reams of fallacies. Perhaps they believe the new administration will again weaponize the EPA and the Department of the Interior to step on individual rights in their quest for more power and control. Jack, and what appears to be a few new young alarmist voices, may flood The Daily Bee with their falsehoods about climate change. How many voices will join Monte and present honest facts?
