TUBBS HILL: Pack out the trash

Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 3 years, 9 months AGO

Every day I walk on Tubbs Hill. It is my place to release the negative energy of the day. I have found that there is a lot more trash left there by locals, visitors, and others who simply do not appreciate the beauty of our Gem of the City.

Every day I walk Tubbs Hill, I collect at least a bag of garbage EVERY TIME I walk the trail. I carry a plastic bag so I can collect the garbage left by these inconsiderate, maybe lazy, people who do not care to respect our gem as most people do. Remember, if you take it out on Tubbs Hill, there are no garbage receptacles along the way…PACK IT BACK OUT WITH YOU.

It is my suggestion that everyone participate in Tubbs Hill Clean-up when you are enjoying our Gem of the City. Clean up after yourselves and others.
