NOTICE OF 2021 HAYDEN LAKE, IDAHO EURASIAN WATERMILFOIL TREATMENT Dear property owners and lake users, Eurasian watermilfoil has been identified as a significant invasive species within Hayden Lake, Idaho and is known to negatively affect the beneficial uses of a waterbody. As such, an aquatic herbicide treatment is planned for discrete areas of Hayden Lake between July 19 to 23, 2021, based on water temperature, plant growth and weather conditions. The treatment timing was selected to maximize treatment efficacy when Eurasian watermilfoil is actively growing. As of July 7, 2021, approximately 45 acres of the lake will be treated with liquid florpyrauxifen-benzyl (ProcellaCOR EC©, EPA Registration # 67690-80). Additional acreage may be added based on field inspections that are currently underway. Please see the following website for information about the florpyrauxifen-benzyl herbicide: https://dnr.wi.gov/lakes/plants/factsheets/ Water use restrictions will be in effect for irrigation water intakes within the treated areas of the lake. The following water use restrictions apply: *Irrigation Use of Water: Do not irrigate established food crops until water use restrictions are lifted. Do not irrigate other non-food crops, such as landscape ornamentals, until water use restrictions are lifted. There is no restriction for irrigation of turf. *Recreational Use of Water in Treatment Area: There are no swimming or fishing restrictions within the treatment areas. *Potable Water in Treatment Area: There are no restrictions on consumption of treated water for potable use or by pets or other animals. For up to date information on water use restrictions, treatment date and treatment locations, please visit the Idaho Department of Agriculture's and applicator's websites: www.invasivespecies.idaho.gov/treatment-plans www.cleanlake.com/2021haydenlake#2.html Please contact Tom Moorhouse, Aquatic Pest Control Adviser with Clean Lakes, Inc., (208-929-2757) or Jeremey Varley, Section Manager - Noxious Weeds, Idaho State Department of Agriculture (208-993-0950), with any questions. Water Quality Report For East Greenacres Irrigation District JULY 2021 We're pleased to present to you this year's Annual Water Quality Report. This report is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make to continually protect our water resources. We are committed to ensuring the quality of your water. Our water source is the Rathdrum Aquifer. East Greenacres Irrigation District routinely monitors for constituents in your drinking water according to Federal and State laws. This table shows the results of our monitoring up to June 2021. In this table you will find terms and abbreviations you might not be familiar with. To help you better understand these terms we've provided the following definitions: Parts per million (ppm) or Milligrams per liter (mg/l) - one part per million corresponds to one minute in two years or a single penny in $10,000. Parts per billion (ppb) or Micrograms per liter - one part per billion corresponds to one minute in 2,000 years, or a single penny in $10,000,000. Picocuries per liter (pCi/L) - Picocuries per liter is a measure of the radioactivity in water. Action Level - The concentration of a contaminant which, if exceeded, triggers treatment or other requirements which a water system must follow. Maximum Contaminant Level - The "Maximum Allowed" (MCL) is the highest level of a contaminant that is allowed in drinking water. MCLs are set as close to the MCLGs as feasible using the best available treatment technology. Maximum Contaminant Level Goal - The "Goal"(MCLG) is the level of a contaminant in drinking water below which there is no known or expected risk to health. MCLGs allow for a margin of safety. The state allows us to monitor for some contaminants less than once per year because the concentrations of these contaminants do not change frequently. Some of our data, though representative, is more than one year old.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE (Adult or Emancipated Minor) IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF KOOTENAI IN RE: Ralph Martin Hewlett CASE NO. CV28-21-4215 A Petition to change the name of Ralph Martin Hewlett, now residing in the City of Post Falls, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in Kootenai County, Idaho. The name will change to Martin Ralph Hewlett. The reason for the change in name is: I have always used my middle name as my first name. My drivers license, all my ID and tax records, all show Martin Ralph Hewlett as my name. To apply for Social Security, I must use the name on my birth certificate, however, that will entail making name changes on all my currrent important documents such as Idaho Star Card, all tax records, both federal and state, banking information and employment records. After speaking with a representative from the Social Security office, they recommended to go through the name change process before I have to apply for Medicare, so as not to have issued with my accounts in the future. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 1:30 o'clock p.m. on August 2, 2021, at the Kootenai County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change. Date: July 1, 2021 2021 JIM BRANNON, CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT By: /S/: Janlyn K.
