Report of a reckless driver in the 41000 block of Highway 200 at 1:33 a.m.

Michael Brown, 24, of Bonners Ferry, was cited in the 478000 block of U.S. 95 at 3:03 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Louis Maggi, 21, of Bonners Ferry, was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

July 5

Report of a controlled substance incident on Samuelson Avenue at 5:37 a.m.

An alarm was reported on Marion Avenue at 8:48 a.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported on N. Baldy Mountain Road at 10:46 a.m.

Report of an unspecified misdemeanor warrant arrest on Samuelson Avenue at 11:59 a.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the area of Third and Church at 1:01 p.m.

A parking problem was reported on Bridge Street at 1:16 p.m.

A marine incident was reported in the Bridge Street area at 1:27 p.m.

Officers responded to a family offense on Humbird Street in Kootenai at 4:07 p.m.

Elizaveta Dergunov, 40, of Kootenai was arrested in the Humbird Street area at 5:25 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

Custodial interference was reported in the city at 5:31 p.m.

A marine incident was reported on the Pend Oreille River at 8:28 p.m.
