Moses Lake 53, Eisenhower 12

Jonathan Tanguma (126), Dayton Regan (132), Derek Grubb (138), Hunter White (145), Camron Regan (152), Jayden Adame (160), Maximus Zamora (182), Everett Ashley (220) and Saul Villa (heavyweight) picked up wins against Eisenhower in Saturday’s dual.

Moses Lake 66, West Valley (Yakima) 0

Jonathan Tanguma (126), Dayton Regan (132), Derek Grubb (138), White (145), Camron Regan (152), Jayden Adame (160), Maximus Zamora (182), Brock Clark (195), Everett Ashley (220) and Saul Villa were all winners against West Valley.

Girls basketball

Othello 45, Rogers 28

Annalee Coronado led the Huskies with 15 points Friday night. Junior Ashley Perez chipped in seven points, while Maciah Tovar finished with six.

Othello 49, Royal 42

Annalee Coronado finished with 13 points for the Huskies Saturday. Persayis Garza finished with 10 points and eight rebounds. Ashley Perez and Maciah Tovar each had eight points while Perez added 14 rebounds.

Warden 63, Chelan 20

The Warden Cougars led Chelan 36-9 at the half on their way to a dominant win on Saturday. Kiana Rios finished with 21 points, while Jaryn Madsen and Lauryn Madsen both finished with 13. The Cougars notched 20 steals as a team in the win and 36 rebounds, with Rylee McKay pulling down 10 of those boards.

The Vikings were outhit 16-6 by Columbia Basin College in Thursday’s doubleheader. Eric Mast finished 2-4 for Big Bend from the plate with a home run.

Big Bend 9, Columbia Basin 13

After coming back to take a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the fifth inning, CBC struck back with five runs in the sixth to pull ahead. Dominic Signorelli finished 3-5 with a triple. Matthew Plato and Gabe Passey both knocked home runs.

Big Bend 0, Columbia Basin 2

Vance Alvarado allowed just two runs on nine hits in eight innings in a pitching battle in a doubleheader Saturday. Big Bend failed to secure any runs on four hits, with Brandham Ponce finishing 1-4 with a triple.

Big Bend 10, Columbia Basin 5

Three runs in the top of the sixth inning gave Big Bend the lead for good in the final game of the season. Dominic Signorelli finished with a team-high three RBIs and a double, while Brandham Ponce finished 2-5 with a double.

Women’s basketball

Big Bend 72, Columbia Basin 67

Kelsey Sorenson finished with 23 points and 19 rebounds to lead Big Bend Thursday. Kaitlyn Callahan added 18 points while Maelyn Mace finished with 13 points and five steals.

College softball
