BTAA seeks homes for dogs

The Better Together Animal Alliance is seeking homes for numerous dogs in its care.
Several dogs have been with BTAA for an extended period, said Devin Laundrie, operations director.
“[They are] good, sweet dogs, who we would love to see go to a new home,” she said.
Some of the dogs available for adoption include a German Shepherd named Ebony, a blue heeler lab mix named Luxi and 4-year-old Australian Shepherd, Cami, to name a few.
Every year, BTAA places hundreds of dogs for adoption in the region, wrote Andrea Nagel, director of storytelling and partnership.
“Each,” she wrote, “with their own distinct personality, just waiting to be matched with the right person or family.”
Dogs are fed, watered and walked daily by staff and volunteers at BTAA, she wrote, but that care can’t replace a loving home.
“We would love to see these dogs find homes soon,” Laundrie said. “We’re encouraging anyone who is interested in adopting a dog to schedule an appointment to come visit with some potential matches and see how great they are. Every dog is up to date on their vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.”
Appointments can be scheduled by calling (208) 265-7297 ext. 100 or animals for adoption can be viewed online at bettertogetheranimalalliance.org.
