An officer advised an alarm reported in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 9:54 a.m. was unfounded.

Report of possible fraud in the 800 block of Pine Street at 10:34 a.m.

Officers assisted an out-of-state agency on S. First Avenue at 10:39 a.m.

Officers and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident reported in the area of N. Boyer and Cedar at 12:56 p.m.

Report of a dog locked inside a vehicle in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 2:44 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver in the 1100 block of U.S. 2 at 3:41 p.m.

An alarm was reported in the 500 block of Oak Street at 5:22 p.m.

Report of a parking problem in the area of Fifth and Alder at 5:23 p.m.

Report of disorderly males in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 6:22 p.m.

An officer responded to a private property crash in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 3:02 p.m.

Report of a non-injury accident on U.S. 95 in the city at 5:18 p.m.

Christopher M. Matthews, 36, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 30300 block of Highway 200 at 9:41 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Suspicious circumstances were repotted in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:59 p.m.
