A Kellogg man was hurt in a motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon near Hauser Lake Road.

The Idaho State Police reported that Shawn Brant was eastbound on a 1998 Harley Davidson on Highway 53 when witnesses said he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed about 2 p.m.

Brant was not wearing a helmet and was transported to Kootenai Health, according to ISP.
