Columbia Basin Herald | UPDATED 3 years, 10 months AGO
February 20, 2000 – March 1, 2021
Jaylynn Ramonita Reyes-Bonner, residing in Rugby, North Dakota, and originally from Moses Lake, Washington, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021, tragically and unexpectedly at the much-too-early age of 21. Having been born to William Reyes and Stephanie Lynn Watkins on February 20, 2000, at the University of Washington hospital in Seattle, Washington, she had just barely turned 21 about a week prior. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend to many.
She is survived by her father William Reyes; her mother Stephanie Lynn Watkins; her stepfather Christopher Caley; her brothers Kolby Zamora, B.J. Reyes and Anthony Reyes; her sisters Adrianna Gonzales and Lauren Reyes-Bonner; her brother-in-law Mike Gonzales; her sister-in-law Gerry Mae Quick; her nieces Kya Zamora, Mia Reyes and Caprice Gonzales and her nephews Omar Alvarado, Michael Gonzales, Nathaniel Gonzales, J. J. Gonzales and Mario Gonzales. Jaylynn was also loved and adopted by Paul and Kayloni Bonner and is survived by her brother Branson Bonner and sisters Sienna Bonner, Selah Bonner, Marielle Bonner, Elena Sichkar-Bonner and Tanya Sichkar-Bonner. She is also survived by her uncle and aunt David and Stacy Watkins; her aunt Chris Diaz; her uncle and aunt Carl and Kathy Lyons; cousins Kendra Rae Cole, Cayla Watkins, Angela McCollough, Dustin Lyons and Carlee Holden and great-niece Rosie Alvarado, who ironically looks just like Jaylynn did at that age. She is survived by way too many friends to list but I know she would want me to mention Kristina Wood and Dylan Moon. She was loved by so many people and touched the hearts of way too many to list. She will truly be missed and never forgotten.
Services will be held at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Viewing is from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and we will be having a slideshow and reading a eulogy and some Bible verses from immediate family starting at 11 a.m. followed by burial at Guarding Angels Cemetery. Services will be conducted by Pastor Floyd Wilks.
