Tuesday — Ahram sandwich with deli meats on cracker bread, cup of vegetable soup, mixed grains, red grapes, dessert

Friday — Baked salmon with farro pilaf, steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots blend, fruit, dessert
Hayden Senior Center
