Planning board considers two accessory apartments

The Whitefish Planning Board during its meeting on Thursday will consider requests for two conditional use permits to construct accessory apartments.

The planning board meets at 6 p.m. virtually via Webex.

Joanna Chung is requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment above a new two-car garage at 243 Dakota Avenue. The property already includes a single-family home and a garage.

Matthew and Judy Lanning are requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 19 Washington Ave. The property already includes a single-family home.
