Law roundup: Bicyclist uninjured after striking vehicle

A woman riding her bicycle on a sidewalk allegedly struck the front of a vehicle, which had come to a stop prior to the collision. The woman was on the ground holding her arm but said she wasn’t injured and was helped up by the driver. Kalispell Police Department officers cautioned her about riding her bicycle on the sidewalk.
A person was found sleeping in a car wash bay.
An assistant manager asked officers to move along a man with a ponytail and beard who was reportedly pointing a “conspiracy” sign at people and refusing to leave the business.
A mother’s 12-year-old child was allegedly being bullied by a child who was calling him names and swearing at him. The bully’s mother was also harassing her son. The concerned mother arrived at the scene and threatened to “make things physical” if they didn’t stop. She claimed this was an ongoing issue with the pair, who lived in the same apartment complex as she did.
Stairs to a camper were reported stolen.
Someone described a dog reportedly running through traffic for more than an hour as a “big version of a chihuahua.”
A man driving an SUV reportedly blocked a drive-thru exit and was harassing a woman who told employees at the drive-thru window that he had been following her. The man allegedly refused to leave until she got out of her vehicle. When he was no longer blocking the way, he was hovering near the exit and she was afraid to leave. The incident may have started as an argument over “how to cross a crosswalk,” which escalated into both parties experiencing road rage.
A man complained that blaring music was turned up so loudly that he couldn’t hear his TV.
Someone called the police when they thought two men dressed in black might fight because they were “kind of pushing each other,” across the street. The pushing stopped, but they asked if officers would drive through the area anyway.
Someone allegedly went to look at a room and saw a girl come out of a room across the hall followed by a big cloud of cigarette smoke. The person was concerned about her well-being and said there was also an old man in the room. Parties were counseled by officers.
An ex-client continued to harass someone who told dispatchers the story was too long to get into with them.
