Final plat approval for the first phase of a planned development for 324 apartments on Two Mile Drive will be considered by the Kalispell City Council on Monday evening.

Sands Surveying, on behalf of Brytech Crossings 1, LLC, is requesting final plat approval for a project known as Begg Subdivision Phase 1. Approval of the resolution would create a 6.31-acre final plat as part of a multi-family development at 401 Two Mile Drive. It’s the first phase of a four-lot subdivision that would create 324 apartment units.

The project received a conditional-use permit in March 2018.

The developer plans to complete the project in three phases. At this time, the first phase is nearly complete, and the developer is preparing to begin phase two.

At the meeting, Mayor Mark Johnson will also consider appointing Brian Plunkett to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 201 First Ave.
