An Orting man was injured early Thursday in a collision on Interstate 90, southeast of Moses Lake.

Artur Y. Dashchuk, 20, was driving a red 2012 Volvo truck and trailer just before 1 a.m. eastbound on I-90, near milepost 183, when the vehicle left the road to the right and struck a light pole, according to the Washington State Patrol. The truck re-entered the road, turned right and rolled onto its left side, where it blocked both eastbound lanes.

Dashchuk was taken to Samaritan Hospital for his injuries. He was wearing a seat belt. The truck and trailer had reportable damage.

The WSP deemed the cause to be fatigue.
