Suppiger will continue to improve our schools
Bonner County Daily Bee | UPDATED 3 years, 3 months AGO
Our community is fortunate that Gary Suppiger became the Lake Pend Oreille trustee in Zone 2 and is willing to take on this volunteer job for another four years. I know of no one who has studied and knows Idaho state law surrounding education more than Gary. All three of his children attended LPOSD public schools. He helped in his children’s classrooms throughout their years in our schools and continues to tutor kids before school at Sagle Elementary. From his many years of helping out in his children’s classrooms, he has experienced firsthand how and what is being taught. Gary is committed to various learning options to meet the needs of every student by supporting homeschool programs, AP programs, career vocational offerings, and after school learning opportunities to name just a few.
There are people in our community who continually tout false evidence as real. They’d have you believe Lake Pend Oreille School District is not transparent, financially responsible and accountable. Their candidate for Zone 2 advocates to end full day kindergarten and also end the school lunch program as a way to save money.
Gary Suppiger will continue to improve the quality of education at all our schools with transparency, continued conservative spending with accountability, and with commitment to all LPOSD kids to receive the best possible education, K—12. Vote for Gary Suppiger, LPOSD Zone 2 school board November 2.
