PATRICK: Unabashed bias

Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 3 years, 2 months AGO

Mr. Patrick has a good thing going. Under his guidance, The Press daily attacks conservatives, fomenting distrust and contempt among community members (as an example, Wednesday’s Op/Ed headline “KCGOP uses racist lie to threaten public education, gain political advantage”), then writes about the results (“Vandalism adds to election tension”).

Discerning readers might have noticed the vandalism centered on conservative candidates but never mind pointing that out. Concerned parents “storm” a school board meeting while Christie Wood and Ken Howard “step out” of the NIC board meeting. The bias isn’t even thinly disguised anymore.
