A marine deputy responded to a report of suspicious circumstance discovered near the shoreline of Lake Pend Oreille near Lakeview at 10:40 a.m.

Idaho State Police responded to a report of a reckless driver in the area of U.S. 95 and Blacktail Road in Careywood at 1:49 p.m.

Report of a disorderly motorist at the construction zone in the area of U.S. 95 and Mara Meadows in Athol at 2:32 p.m.

Report of a trespasser on North Center Valley Road at 2:32 p.m.

A trespass was reported in the 2600 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 2:39 p.m.

Deputies, EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to an unknown-injury accident reported in the area of U.S. 95 and Dufort Road in Sagle at 2:41 p.m.

Report of a disturbing phone call received in the Spirit Lake Cutoff Road area in Spirit Lake at 2:57 p.m.

Report of an injury accident in the Nordman area at 3:01 p.m.

Report of a theft in the U.S. 2 area in Oldtown at 3:03 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the U.S. 95 area in Sagle at 4:05 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 4:43 p.m.

Justin Dwayne Sprage, 51, of Priest River was arrested at 4:49 p.m. in the area of Holly Glenn Road and Cherokee Trail in Priest River at 4:49 p.m. on a local arrest warrant for a charge of aggravated assault.

Report of a civil dispute in the 100 block of E. Second Avenue in Clark Fork at 4:54 p.m.

A loud cigarette-type boat was reported in the Bottle Bay area of Lake Pend Oreille near Sagle at 5:08 p.m.

A marine incident was reported near Luby Bay on Priest Lake at 4:54 p.m.

A burglar alarm was reported in the 300 block of Stoneridge Road in Blanchard at 5:28 p.m.

Vandalism was reported on Syringa Heights Road at 5:45 p.m.

ISP responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 in the Sagle area at 7:12 p.m.

Deputies, marine deputies, EMS, Clark Fork Ambulance, Life Flight and Sam Owen Fire responded to a marine incident in the Cedar Drive area in Bayview at 8:20 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Baldy Mountain Road area for a report of information at 9:08 p.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 900 block of Skyhawk Drive in Spirit Lake at 9:23 p.m.

Alicia M. McFadden, 44, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 32000 block of Highway 200 at 8:47 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive concentration).

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 near Timberline Drive in Sagle at 11:15 p.m.

Report of a marine incident on Priest Lake near the Hills Resort boat launch at 10:36 p.m.

Aug. 15

Osman Casco, 31, was cited in the area of Highway 57 and Kalispell Bay Road in Priest Lake at 3 a.m. on charges of excessive DUI and driving without privileges.
