An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 600 block of N. Ella Avenue at 2:03 p.m.

Kaila S Kvasnicka, 34, of Chisolm, Minnesota, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. in the 300 block of S. First Avenue on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive) and on a Kootenai County warrant.

A sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 3:11 p.m.

Halle M. Starr, 21, of Priest River, was arrested on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant on U.S. 2 at 2:45 p.m.
