SANDPOINT — Lake Pend Oreille School District trustees positions for Zones 2, 3 and 5 are up for grabs in November’s school board elections.

For Zone 5, Tonya Sherman is running unopposed. If she passes the approval process she will take office in January 2022. For Zone 3, current trustee Lonnie Williams also runs unopposed.

For Zone 2, incumbent trustee Gary Suppiger is seeking a second term, and is facing challenger Jalon Peters.

LPOSD elections are Nov. 2.
