The city of Moses Lake will have two open house sessions on proposed water and sewer rate changes — taking effect Oct. 26 — Tuesday at the Civic Center council chambers at 401 S. Balsam St.

People can choose either 1-2 p.m. or 5-6 p.m. that day to discuss the rate recommendations with the Utility Billing Department and members of the Rate Design Committee to learn how the rate design will impact their monthly bill, a release from the city stated.
