A Grand Coulee woman died Saturday afternoon in a collision on state Route 155 near Castle Rock, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Tavian R. Beasley, 27, was driving south on state Route 155 just before 1:09 p.m. when her blue 1997 Chevrolet Blazer left the road to the right, traveled on the southbound gravel shoulder, overcorrected, went back across the centerline onto the northbound shoulder and overcorrected again, which caused the Blazer to roll. Beasley was ejected and the vehicle came to rest on its wheels facing the road.
She was taken to Coulee Medical Center, where she died.
The WSP said Beasley was not wearing a seatbelt and the cause was deemed an unknown distraction.
The vehicle had reportable damage.
