An officer responded to a civil standby in the 500 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:21 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 8:07 p.m.

An officer responded to a suicide threat in the city at 10:32 p.m.

Patrick A. Ream, 48, of Spokane was arrested in the 700 block of Sixth Avenue at 2:49 a.m. on a charges of driving under the influence (refusal).
