The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Public Health, HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Section is seeking a maximum of two (2) qualified subgrantees to implement increased Hepatitis C (HCV) and/or Hepatitis B (HBV) screening, testing, and linkage to care. The primary intent of the subgrant support is to provide the opportunity for health clinics to increase HCV and/or HBV testing and linkage to care in correspondence with the World Health Organization (WHO) global guidance to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030. Funding for each subgrant will be based on satisfactory completion of the Scope of Work activities and budget justification.
