Bruce Bryan Walker, 92, of Rathdrum, Idaho died April 8, 2022, in Rathdrum. Bruce was born in Fairbault, Minn., on July 9, 1929, to James B. and Ruby J. (Prinzing) Walker.

He moved to Coeur d’Alene with his family in 1934. Bruce married Virginia Werts in September 1950. He enlisted in the Army from 1951 — 1953. After his service in the Army, Bruce worked for the Idaho Forest Industries from 1954 until 1984.

Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, James, and Ruby Walker; his wife, Virginia; his siblings, Reid Walker, David Walker, Dean Walker, Dan Walker, and Delores Taylor.

He is survived by his children: Bonnie Burnett and her husband Jonathan; Cherish Rausch and her husband Dennis; Mike Walker and his wife Jane; and Dennis Walker and his wife Cindy.
