Amanda Rachele Perry was born Feb. 14, 2000, in Spokane, Wash. She passed unexpectedly in her home of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Monday morning, April 25, 2022.
Amanda was an active member of the Altar Church in Coeur d’Alene. She had a very vivacious social personality and lived life to the fullest. She had a very big and pure heart when it came to helping others. If she found one of her friends needed help, she would make a point to be there for them quickly. She enjoyed laughing and being funny and making others laugh.
She loved and enjoyed her daughter, Emberlyn June, and caring for her especially making her laugh. Both Amanda and her daughter share that same great contagious smile. Big enough to light up a room.
Some of Amanda’s hobbies were singing, writing songs, and playing the piano, which she taught herself.
Art and painting were also some of her many talents. She liked the outdoors and would join either her mom or dad in camping and fishing. In addition, she participated in soccer and volleyball. Amanda spent most of her school years in Spokane Valley, Wash. She finished her education in Coeur d’Alene after her family moved.
It was when she had finished her new pursuit of a new career with a certificate. This cherub was called home, way too soon, to her new heavenly home. Amanda loved the lord with all her heart, and she was recently baptized in the Blue Creek Lake.
She will be missed tremendously by those who survived her. They include daughter Emberlyn June; mother Kathy McDermott; father Richard E. Perry; stepmom Jennifer Irwin; stepsister Karlie; her brothers and sisters: Tristan McDermott, Jordan McDermott, Corey McDermott, Chelsia McDermott; three nephews, two nieces, two aunts and two uncles. She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Perry; aunts, uncles and maternal grandparents, Wendell G. Clark, and June Elizabeth (Sifford) Pixler; paternal grandparents; Bob and Barbara Perry; great-grandparents Jean and Chet Bland.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the Altar Church, Saturday, April 30, 2022, at noon.
She will be laid to rest in the Lord at Riverview Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
